Welcome to Equi Table Meadow. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Website use and content
- Informational purpose. Content on this site is provided for general information and inspiration. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
- Intellectual property. All text, graphics, logos, photos, and code are owned or licensed by SkyTrail and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content without written permission.
- Prohibited use. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, interfering with security features, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
- Third‑party links. We may link to third‑party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
2. Quotes, bookings, and payments
- Quotes. Proposals and prices are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing and the required deposit is received.
- Deposits and balance. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are specified in your proposal. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation per the applicable policy.
- Pricing. Prices are based on known costs, exchange rates, taxes, and supplier terms at the time of quoting. We will disclose any surcharges or adjustments before you commit.
- Special requests. We do our best to accommodate requests (dietary, accessibility, room setup) but cannot guarantee availability.
3. Changes and cancellations
- By you. Change and cancellation terms (including any non‑refundable components) are set out in your proposal or booking confirmation. Certain services may be non‑changeable or non‑refundable once issued.
- By us. We may modify an itinerary if reasonably required by safety, operational considerations, or supplier issues. We will offer a comparable alternative or, where not available, an appropriate refund of the affected component.
- Force Majeure. Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, government actions) may impact services. We will assist with re‑routing or credits where possible consistent with supplier policies.
4. Travel documents, health, and conduct
- Passports/visas/entry requirements. You are responsible for ensuring valid documentation, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with destination rules.
- Insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (medical, evacuation, cancellation, baggage) appropriate to your itinerary and activities.
- Safety and behavior. You agree to follow safety instructions, local laws, and reasonable guidance from guides and suppliers. We may remove a traveler whose behavior endangers others or materially disrupts the trip.
5. Responsibility and liability
- Supplier performance. We design itineraries and coordinate vetted third‑party suppliers (hotels, guides, transport). Each supplier is responsible for its own operations, equipment, and safety compliance.
- Limitations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyTrail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the affected services.
- Exclusions. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, acts of third parties, or your failure to follow instructions, obtain required documents, or meet health requirements.
- Mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Privacy and cookies
Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information and how cookies work on our site (including analytics and marketing pixels).

All intellectual property rights in our content and brand remain with SkyTrail. If you submit feedback or ideas, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use them to improve our services.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date above. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice.
