Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to bookings and services arranged by Equi Table Meadow (“SkyTrail”, “we”, “us”). Because travel services involve multiple third‑party suppliers with distinct terms, your specific proposal and confirmation will also include supplier‑level conditions that apply to your itinerary.

1) Overview

  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request, supplier rules, and whether tickets/vouchers have been issued.
  • Some components are non‑refundable once booked (e.g., certain airline fares, rail passes, event tickets, exclusive experiences, or promotional hotel rates).
  • Where possible, we will offer date changes, credits, or name changes as alternatives to cancellation, subject to supplier approval and fees.

2) Cancellation windows and fees

  • Deposits. Unless stated otherwise in your proposal, deposits are typically non‑refundable. Some deposits may be transferable as future credits before a specified date.
  • Balance payments. After the balance due date (specified in your confirmation), refunds are limited and subject to supplier terms. We will disclose these windows in your documents.
  • Admin fees. Where refunds or changes are permitted, administrative fees and any supplier fees may apply to cover processing and re‑issuance costs.

3) Non‑refundable items (examples)

  • Airline tickets issued under non‑refundable fares (may allow credits minus fees per carrier rules).
  • Event, attraction, or museum tickets with fixed entry windows.
  • Exclusive or limited‑inventory experiences where the supplier prohibits refunds.
  • Promotional or advance‑purchase hotel rates designated non‑refundable by the property.
  • Third‑party service fees, bank charges, and currency conversion differences.

4) Force Majeure and supplier‑initiated changes

If services are disrupted by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, government actions), we will work to secure refunds, credits, or re‑routes from suppliers consistent with their policies. Where a supplier cancels a component, any refund received from that supplier will be passed to you, less any unrecoverable costs already incurred.

5) How to request a refund or change

  1. Email [email protected] with your booking reference, traveler names, and the components you wish to cancel or change.
  2. Attach any supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates, airline notices).
  3. We will confirm options (refunds, credits, changes) and any fees before proceeding.

6) Refund method and timing

  • Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will discuss alternatives.
  • Processing time varies by supplier and bank; many refunds complete within 10–20 business days after supplier confirmation. Airline refunds may take longer.
  • Currency fluctuations and bank/processor fees may affect final amounts received.

7) Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first giving us an opportunity to resolve may delay outcomes. We will provide documentation to processors reflecting the agreed terms in your confirmation.

8) Consumer rights

This Policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer laws. Note that cooling‑off rules often do not apply to travel services for specific dates once confirmed.
